In the kitchen, Italian Chef Gabriele Rotunno merges his heritage with his passion for New York City, adding in his expertise brought on from training at the esteemed Istituto Eccelsa Culinary School. The sister restaurant in Taranto, Italy, is beloved for its flavor & passion-filled fare, which is brought to the table at the SoHo locale.
The drink program was designed by Piero Iacca, a World Class, extremely talented Italian bartender. Executing his vision is the deterous Mixologist Alessio Bevilacqua, who adds flair to your sips, namely the Thyme To Spritz with Aperol infused cucumber, lemon juice, simple syrup, and beer, or the Spicy Lover with Altos tequila blanco, spicy pineapple, and lime juice.
On the menu, expect seasonal specials like the Oyster, grilled with pork cheek & rosemary, as well as mains like juicy NY Strip Steak served with roasted potatoes, & mixed greens. The Tagliatelle alla Bolognese is also divine thanks to homemade pasta, rich beef ragu, and fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano.
