Run, jog, walk - no matter what level you are on your journey, let Mile High Run Club "make you a better runner" says Well + Good. The New York Times adds that "their methods stick because they are based on sports science." As one of the first boutique running studios in NYC, be prepared to become addicted!

Developed by RRCA Certified Running Coach & former Equinox instructor Debora Warner, MHRC's method incorporates treadmill intervals with HIIT exercises and, in some cases, weights to create a full-body dynamic workout.

Sessions are always changing to keep things interesting, merging speedplay, hills, planks, burpees, stretching, etc. The outcome is safe, effective, long-lasting results - we're talking lean legs, slimmed down arms, and a tight core that you'll want to show off.

The benefits of running include elevating your mood, protecting your body from the risks of diabetes & some cancers, boosting your metabolism, improving sleep & the skin, plus a host of other covetable gains, all on machinery specifically designed to lessen impact.

Coaches are former Olympiad Marathoners, collegiate athletes, and highly-certified professional runners that will motivate while aiding in enhancing your form. And because you're always on the go, store your gear in digital lockers & freshen up in fully stocked showers.

Skip the damage of hitting the pavement - MHRC is where you'll run towards your goals while having a blast...

The studio offers multiple types of classes, so take your pick from over 175+ weekly sessions, offered 7 days a week from early until late. Check out the weekly schedule here.

  • Dash Strength - 45 minutes of HIIT work and kettlebell training to tone your body and build a strong foundation for running.

  • High 45 - 45 minutes of HIIT work on the tread, including speed play and hills, with active recovery periods in the mix. Bursts of high intensity efforts elevate your heart rate for a more efficient calorie-torching workout and enable you to achieve your running goals more quickly than just logging miles.

  • The Distance - All-tread 60 minute class. Expect some longer intervals including speedplay and hillwork coupled with active recovery periods.

  • Dirty 30 - 30 minute all-tread class designed to maximize your time, alternating high intensity intervals with shorter active recovery periods.

Mile High Run Club hits the mark with an astonishing 5 stars out of 130+ reviews on Yelp:

  • "Back after the break from the pandemic, and honestly still as good as ever. The coaches here are amazing, I always call this the yoga of running, where they focus on your mental game as much as your physical. Thrilled to be back and can say confidently that everything is incredibly clean and sanitized to a tee!"

  • "I've always hated running. I was so hesitant to attend my first class but I've now been going for over a year and actually look forward to waking up at 5:30 am on Friday mornings to hop on the treadmill."

  • "One thing I love about MHRC is that it's customizable and individually-focused, so if you need to slow down or take a break it's totally fine, but at the same time you're inspired to push yourself and are encouraged by the energy of the instructor and other participants in the room."
