Inspired by his childhood memories and travels throughout the various regions of Thailand, this haven was born for you to experience!

Chef Pongsathorn Thinnuch brings a wealth of experience from his time at Michelin Guide favorites JoJo and Hutong, where he honed his skills in both French and Asian cuisines. With a culinary journey that spans some of New York City’s top restaurants, Thinnuch has built a reputation for blending traditional techniques with contemporary flair.

Here, his expertise in seasonal ingredients and inventive flavor pairings set him apart. As the scents of his creations fill the air, admire the surroundings. Awash in natural light and a glow from delicate gold chandelier akin to a floating petals, this beauty is breathtaking.
