This summer, it’s paws, pints, and purpose at The Big Fix Summer Party, Korean K9 Rescue’s signature fundraiser taking over Wild East Brewing Co. on Sunday, August 10th. From 2:00pm to 6:00 pm, join fellow dog lovers, rescue advocates, and beer aficionados for an unforgettable afternoon where every sip supports second chances.
KK9R has rescued and rehomed over 3,500 dogs from the most heartbreaking conditions—puppy mills, kill shelters, and the dog meat trade across South Korea. Proceeds from this event directly support their pioneering rescue and rehab center in Bundang-gu, where over 150 dogs at a time receive top-notch care, behavioral training, and love as they prepare for life in forever homes across the U.S.
At Wild East, a Brooklyn gem known for its elegantly brewed lagers, sours, and farmhouse ales, guests will enjoy a craft beer or two (depending on your ticket), vegan eats from Spicy Moon, photo booth memories, splash pools for pups, raffles, vendor shopping, and more. You’ll be partying with a purpose, and your four-legged best friend by your side.
