Their signature dishes will be prepped and ready for you to savor, so come hungry for it all!

Expect Janet Becerra of Pancita in Seattle to be serving-up Garden Tostada with asparagus, James Beard Award Winner Valerie Chang from Maty's in Miami showcasing her famed Grilled Swordfish with Aji Amarillo Beurre Blanc, and Donald Hawk of Valentine serving-up his famed Sonoran Hot Dogs!
