Pop open a bottle of bubbly and begin with a luscious starter - the Burrata Mozzarella with tomatoes, roasted pears & basil being a favorite. Move on to mains like the juicy Filetto di Manzo di Puglia -a filet mignon stuffed with burrata mozzarella in a rich tomato sauce.
