New Year's Eve has arrived and they're bringing their delectable endless tipples & scrumptious bites to the table, with both reimagining classics with culinary flair so your senses can savor it all, starting at 9:00pm on Wednesday December 31, 2025.
Grab your $79 GA Ticket (a $150 value) that gets you admission to this stellar soirée, complete with access to a 3.5 Hour Open Bar serving Cocktails, Wines, and Beers from 9:00pm until 12:30am, as well as Small Bites and Bar Snacks served from 9:00pm until 11:00pm.
Also one of the few New York bars connected to a working distillery, Hello Hello is primed for fabulous libations. We're talking Champagne, tequila sensations, and the like, poured in never-ending fashion alongside elevated comfort nosh like Wings, Hot Dogs, and Dips.
The DJ is going to level up the scene with hits that are set to make you boogie, and when the midnight hour approaches, Champagne will flow - because bubbles are the best way to start 2026 on a high note. Cheers!
Founded by hospitality veterans Luis Hernandez, Brendan Bartley and Robert Nieves (with consulting support from Dave Oz) Hello Hello is a coveted newcomer to the Chelsea scene. The bar features a focused cocktail menu, house-made coffee liqueur from its on-site distillery, and a custom-built DJ booth supporting a strong music program.
Hello Hello blends the spirit of a dive bar with the standards of some of New York City’s most experienced bar professionals. Hernandez is behind programs at Seamstress NYC and Ume Plum Liqueur, while Bartley serves as the longtime beverage director at Bathtub Gin and is a co-owner of Bonne Vie Armagnac. Nieves is a partner at Record Room in LIC and has collaborated with brands including Bacardi and Ten to One Rum.
Here, neon lights pop against rich wood and butterscotch leather for a feeling that's as cozy and rich as a fresh vinyl splayed on a record player. Think '70s meets the 2020's with a delicious spin. The Infatuation is a fan, and so will you be after a night in this evocative treasure.
