In 2007, founder Han Chiang and his mother, Lung Lung, opened the doors of Han Dynasty, introducing the bold, tantalizing flavors of Sichuan spice to hungry New Yorkers. Their first success sparked a culinary journey, expanding to 10 locations across the East Coast, each one a tribute to generations that upheld an unwavering love for food and culture.
