Chelsea is going full Bavaria. Dickson’s Farmstand is taking over Chelsea Market for one epic Oktoberfest celebration, bringing the beer, brats, brass, and seriously good times to one of NYC’s most iconic food halls. Starting at 7:00pm on Friday October 2, 2026, expect overflowing steins, sizzling sausages, and enough Oktoberfest energy to make Munich jealous. Consider this your official excuse to get absolutely wurst-ed.
Grab your $59 Beer & Grub Ticket (an $87 value) that gets you admission, complete with 4 Hours of All-You-Can-Eat Bavarian Classics prepared by the Dickson's team, as well as 4 Hours of Unlimited Beers from 6 Beer Stations from 7:00pm until 11:00pm, each featuring a different New York State brewer.
Naturally, the beer is kind of a big dill. A lineup of Beer Stations will be flowing with fresh New York State brews from Threes, KCBC, Industrial Arts, Wild East, Kills Boro, SingleCut, and more. From crisp, crushable lagers to hop-forward IPAs, there’ll be plenty to sip your way through as you raise a glass and shout “Prost!” with a few hundred of your newest drinking buddies.
Then come the brats. Dickson’s knows its way around seriously good meat, and the team will be firing up a Bavarian feast loaded with juicy bratwurst, braised meats, smoked meats, tangy kraut, warm pretzels, spaetzle, and more stick-to-your-ribs goodness. Grab a beer, pile your plate high, and embrace the fact that for one glorious night in Chelsea, it’s perfectly acceptable to make some very questionable sausage puns. And because no proper Oktoberfest ends with everyone sitting quietly at a table, a live brass band will be cranking up the oom-pah and turning Chelsea Market into one big Bavarian beer hall.
