Tyson Ho opened the first traditional Carolina BBQ joint in NYC. Joshua M. Bernstein & Chris Cuzme are all about craft beer. So, naturally when the three get together, something very special will happen between 1:00pm and 4:00pm on Saturday March 18, 2017.

Pitmaster Ho will be cranking out jerk chicken sausage, chicken satay, Ecuadorian morcilla, veal sausage with Pakistani fire seasoning and Sicilian lamb stigghiola. (Don't worry: vegetarians will have a dining option too).
To drink, Bernstein & Cuzme have assembled a line-up of the city's best session beers and offbeat ferments. We're talking over 25 different types of rare craft beer (Brooklyn Brewery, Grimm Artisanal Ales & many more) - unlimited for 3 hours!
All this goodness will be taking place at just one location - the restaurant and events space we call Arrogant Swine. Seriously, there's no better way to welcome the weekend...
The Arrogant Swine is an American Beer Hall nestled in the quaint little artistic village of Bushwick in Brooklyn. Opened in Summer 2014 by Head Pitmaster Tyson Ho, the venue brought traditional North Carolina BBQ to New York City.
To combine two of life's greatest pleasures, Tyson teams up once again with his Comrades-in-Consumption for The Third Annual Winter's Grind. Yes, The Holy Trinity of Tyson, Joshua M. Bernstein & Chris Cuzme will make this an afternoon to remember.
During the Winter's Grind, Tyson and his fellow chef friends will be hand-cranking all-you-can-eat sausages! You'll savor your food & beverages in more than 3,000 square feet of industrial paradise, with picnic tables aplenty.
