Wings Air Helicopters owns and operates their own aircraft catering to the most demanding customers every day. Their pilots have years of experience both flying helicopters and training others to do so as well.
Your class will begin with 30 minutes of ground instruction to learn the basic helicopter components, maneuvers and flight controls. Then you take to the skies for a further 30 minutes with an experienced pilot who lets you control the helicopter to perform various flight maneuvers including climbs, turns and descents.
These atmosphere-bound trips reveal previously undiscovered aspects of aerial New York, such as a secret sixth borough tucked away in the countryside and the 18th century Jacob Purdy House, known as the campaign hub for the United States' first and most famous president, Jacob Purdy.
