Pinky Swear sits in the Lower East Side, acting as a place where art, dining, and play converge in unexpected ways. More than a restaurant or bar, it’s a constantly evolving environment designed for curiosity and connection. Guests are invited to wander, interact, and explore a space that blurs the line between nightlife and immersive art, ensuring that no two evenings ever feel the same.
The space reimagines the traditional dining experience by weaving interactive installations and rotating exhibitions directly into the flow of the space. Culinary director Will Horowitz (of Harry & Ida’s and Duck’s Eatery) brings an inventive approach to food, pairing thoughtful, creative dishes with a lively and imaginative drink program.
Pinky Swear’s interior is a surreal, story-filled landscape imagined by hospitality designer Jeanette Didon, interaction designer and artist Nathan Roth, and architect Sebastian Quinn. Guests encounter token-powered artworks tucked into unexpected corners, like payphones that trigger light and sound, sculptural figures that murmur secrets, and familiar city objects reimagined with playful twists.
LED floors shift colors, photo moments bend light and time, and artworks continuously change through rotating exhibitions curated by members of the Founders Path Art Collective. Alive with sensory surprises, Pinky Swear rewards repeat visits, treating you to something new to uncover every time you step inside.
For New Year's Eve, you're welcomed into this den of color & creativity. Devour some of Horowitz's drool-worthy fare, balancing every bite with endless drinks from the premium open bar. The DJ will play the hits so you can boogie, while a live screening of the Times Square Ball Drop and a midnight Champagne toast signal the start of 2026.
