A collaboration between Jason Casano and Laurent Vasseur, Vintage 61 is where wine, sports and food connect. Vintage61 is a sports bistro with a wine focus. Our name was inspired from the year 1961-- one of the best NY Yankee lineups, and one of the best years in Bordeaux. We offer American bistro fare with french influences and a complimenting international wine list. We wanted to elevate the sports (bar) experience. We are a neighborhood place for all types of fans of all ages--whether you are meeting friends for a drink, watching the game with your family, or dining solo, you are welcome here.
