Two brothers of the team behind Noorman’s Kil, Harold and Marcel Simoneau, are bringing a little taste of their hometown of Rimouski, Québec to New York. With the help of co-owner, Thomas Wilson, they aim to serve both neighborhood locals and guests from afar. Inspired by their Canadian roots, UpNorth is a bar that shares their love of Poutine and delicious cocktails. A welcoming yet tasteful atmosphere flaunts a lofty space accented by subtle details.
