Long-time residents of Harlem, we are committed to the growth of a healthy Harlem community. We opened Tsion Cafe and Bakery to provide our neighbors with healthy, delicious cuisine, fusing Ethiopian and Mediterranean flavors, along with a selection of international wine and beers, fair trade Ethiopian coffees and specialty teas, served with delicious home-baked pastries. “First and foremost, we wanted to create a space in the neighborhood that provides a healthy and delicious alternative to Sugar Hill residents.”
