The Yoga Loft TriBeCa is located in the heart of downtown Manhattan, on the borders of Soho, TriBeCa, and Chinatown. We strive to make our studio a clean, comfortable, and challenging place to practice. All of our instructors are certified. We believe that the instructor is a guide, leading you through form and discipline, but that you are your one true teacher.
