With a jumble of dishes from Italy, Mexico, Colombia, and the States, this family-run vegan joint is out to satisfy every continental craving. For owner Danny Carabano, this meant ditching the raw food and vegetable-heavy options in favor of a menu based on mock meat; he’s got faux-chicken burritos and meatloaf on his menu. The empanadas are flaky and golden brown, and the lasagna (made from wheat flour, cashews, and soy) is tasty and filling. We say stick around for dessert—the peanut butter mousse and the brownie are both guaranteed sugar highs.
