The Schapiro Classroom Series presents Columbia MFA Theatre students' work. Performances are downstairs in Schapiro Hall, 605 West 115th Street. There are two venues: Schapiro Theatre and Schapiro Studio. There is no admission charge to Schapiro Series projects. They are open to invited friends, family and fellow students. Columbia Stages is the producing arm of the Oscar Hammerstein II Center for Theatre Studies of Columbia University School of the Arts. Columbia Stages annually presents a season of graduate actor and director productions as well as a festival of new plays by emerging playwrights.
