Seven years later, he is the cocktail director for both The Bonnie and Sweet Afton, bringing his experience as a graduate of the New York Botanical Garden School of Professional Horticulture to his role as the rooftop gardener, bitters-brewing mad scientist and all-around cocktail geek.
