Food is THE issue of our lifetime. How can we, as eaters, make a fundamental impact for a sustainable future? What if restaurants focused on food that was not only filling, but also fulfilling? It’s time to go beyond just food taste, service and ambience and explore the power of our choices and good food. The kickoff event will unveil the 2018 Good Food 100 Restaurants list and economic assessment—which measures restaurants’ impact on good food economies—while offering a lively discussion about the power of chefs, eaters and farmers to create a sustainable food system. The series, which will continue throughout the year, will take place at various Good Food 100 Restaurants across the country.
