Our journey began in the beautiful city of Rio de Janiero, Brazil where the tranquil ocean breeze promotes rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. The owner of Spa Ela Bonita then brought all of her health and skin care knowledge and techniques to New York city where the same Brazilian techniques are used. Spa Ela Bonita uses organic skincare products along with all the usual services a spa offers and is one of the few day spas to have Oceana 5, a computer-controlled hydrotherapy capsule that uses steam, Vichy showers, and infrared heat. It can be combined with a body scrub or sculpt massage.
