Shaved cream is the new category in frozen desserts. It is an evolution of the Taiwanese and Korean shaved ices, which has taken over the west coast and is now moving quickly across the nation. Shaved cream pairs the fluffy texture of snow with the taste and creaminess of ice cream. We produce our shaved cream in small batches every day to ensure quality and freshness. All of our shaved cream is made on premises with fresh organic dairy from New York’s Hudson Valley. We use quality, seasonal ingredients to flavor our shaved cream such as hand-roasted black sesame seeds for each batch of our famous Black Sesame and using real cream cheese in our NY Cheese Cake flavor.
