Mr. Cannon
206 Front Street
After nine months hiding aboard the majestic Ambrose ship, Mr. Cannon found himself on the shores of New York City in 1817 with nothing but a small, tattered leather-bound notebook filled with special recipes from around the globe for the most delicious cocktails imaginable. Stumbling along the cobbled streets, he swerved down an alleyway knocking on doors. Finally, the darkest one of all creaked open, and an old gentleman named Chris peered out. Mr. Cannon shared his recipes with Chris, and together they created the most infamous bar at the Seaport. It’s very hard to find and even harder to get into. Location? It’s a secret. Chris, infamous for his heavy pour and artistic glass garnishing met Mr. Cannon long ago when he still a young explorer who had recently returned from a long voyage. Chris took Mr. Cannon’s leather backed recipe book and showed him how to turn those drinks into works of art. Chris taught Mr. Cannon all he needed to know to run a successful bar. However, the bar got too popular too quickly, so the two decided to shut their doors and only open to those who knew where the secret entry is.
