honeygrow and minigrow foster connection and discovery through wholesome, healthful and expertly prepared food. The expansive, seasonally-inspired menus include fully customizable selections of noodles and greens, along with fresh cold pressed juices. Ingredients are sourced locally from trusted independent purveyors whenever possible. Founder + CEO Justin Rosenberg opened the first honeygrow location in Philadelphia, PA in 2012. The menu was influenced by Rosenberg’s home cooking, with an emphasis on creative, vegetable-rich noodle dishes and flavorful salads crafted with housemade sauces, proteins and other epicurean flourishes. The first fast casual concept to utilize a touchscreen kiosk ordering system – designed to encourage customer creativity and customization – honeygrow filled in important niche in the fast casual landscape and has expanded to major markets in the United States, including New York, Chicago, Boston, Washington, D.C., Pittsburgh and several smaller markets In 2017, Rosenberg launched honeygrow’s sister concept, minigrow. Designed to occupy slightly smaller urban spaces, minigrow’s menu is a bit more tightly curated and features an assembly line ordering model; there are three minigrow locations in Manhattan, one in Chicago and one opening soon in Boston.
