Kuxé
205 Thompson Street | (212) 420-0600
Kuxé located in the Greenwich Village, is an authentic fonda named after the indigenous Totonac Mexican (a group that was native to Puebla owned by Julian Medina & Louis Skibar) word for corn. We celebrate the roots, traditions, and childhood upbringings of those who work in the restaurant. We have defined our cuisine as “Cocina de Pueblo” (or “Hometown Cooking”), since the menu shines a light on the hometown recipes of our team members.
