Kerbs Boathouse, built in 1953, provides rentals and storage of model boats at the ornamental pond known as Conservatory Water. Conservatory Water has been popular for launching and racing miniature sailboats and yachts since the 19th century. In addition to the boathouse, the building has a small café with an outdoor patio, currently operated by Le Pain Quotidien.
