Kissaki Hospitality Group started as Kissaki Omakase which opened in January 2020 as a single restaurant located at 319 Bowery in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. After closing temporarily in March, the Kissaki brand persevered through the COVID-19 pandemic by introducing a premium, omakase to-go model, and opening pop-ups in Water Mill, NY and in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. In 2021, Kissaki Hospitality group continued to grow with a new Kissaki location in Greenwich, CT and the introduction of O by Kissaki in East Hampton, NY. Kamasu by Kissaki is Kissaki Hospitality Group’s newest sushi restaurant.
