Located on 25th Street in the heart of Chelsea, Manhattan our mission is to provide custom wellness solutions, small group classes, holistic wellness and health coaching, pre/postnatal fitness and health, birth and postpartum doula services, Baby & me classes, Thai Yoga bodywork, and workshops. We are client focused and believe that each path is different, community and love are important, and health is addressing all aspects of our lives. We also offer corporate fitness and wellness programs as well as in-home sessions for Private, Duet, and Small group classes.
