From Jorge Guzman Hospitality Group (The Black Ant, Ofrenda): Jorge Guzman, Chef/Partner Mario Hernandez and Pastry Chef Cesar Moreno will open Gardënia in the West Village; a dynamic Latin/European Restaurant and Bar serving Latin and Mediterranean cuisine with European influences. Focusing on seasonal ingredients, Gardënia fuses new world and old world flavors. The mixology program by Jorge Guzman will focus on aperitifs and agave-based spirits. Gardënia will be open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, and will offer a happy hour daily.
