Empellón Al Pastor is a casual restaurant and bar located at 145 East 39th Street within the POD 39 Hotel. Chef Robert Viera creates a menu that focuses on mash note bar snacks and tacos in a laid back environment. Al Pastors drinks menu focuses on margaritas, beers and shots along with a few tiki inspired cocktails. Empellón Al Pastor also has a rooftop bar that is open in the warmer months.
