They're DSK, Fort Greene's original German Biergarten. In 2009 they came to the neighborhood as Der Schwarze Kölner, shortened to ‘DSK’ by their first patrons. They have since changed the name into something that reflects more closely who they are: Die StammKneipe, German for the locals' pub.
