The Celebration of Whimsy Theater a.k.a. The C.O.W. Located at 21-A Clinton St (between Houston and Stanton) in the heart of the Lower East Side. Our theater has been serving the downtown community since 2013 with a variety of events ranging from Off-Off Broadway theatrical performances, live music, sketch comedy, film screenings, burlesque, stand up, drag, variety shows and much more.
