Anntremet, came from the French word 'entremet', a mirror glaze cake. Owner Annabelle and her husband Peixin funded the company in 2018. Both of them are working professionals in New York City. Out of the hectic schedules, all they wanted was a business of their own that brings joy to the hard working people in the city.
