Aleo Restaurant
The name ALEO is derived from the parents of the owner (Peter). The "A" in Aleo is from Antoinette, Pete's mother and the "Leo" is from his father, Leonardo.
The cuisine is Italian with emphasis on Mediterranean featured ingredients, which you would find along the shores of Europe's most famous Sea. We feature dishes to soothe a light afternoon desire or a meal of substance for the evening. The pasta alone will have you eating the sauce with your spoon once you are done. The New Zealand lamb and the fresh fish dishes will transport your senses. The rib eye steak is a portion and price to make the big beef restaurants wonder how they do it. There are salads of substance, mouth-watering risotto, and flatbread pizza(s) made with fresh tomatoes, proscuitto, and cheeses that are reminiscent of the lands and regions in the Mediterranean.
