30/60/90 is the original HIIT class - often imitated never duplicated. A fast, efficient, 38 minute rhythmic routine coupled with classic strength training in a fun, constantly changing format. Named the best fat-burning class by New York Magazine, H.I.I.T. sessions blend core strengthening, resistance training and cardio in energized, sweat-inducing workouts. Created in 2005 by Kristi Molinaro, the 30/60/90 workout and Pilates-based core class "Express Core" spent over a decade dominating gym schedules all over New York City. Now with its own brand and namesake studio overlooking Union Square Park, 30/60/90's fast and efficient 38-minute rhythmic routine incorporates a fun and constantly-changing format.
