Kills Boro Brewing Company is an independent craft brewery born and brewed in Staten Island, New York. Since 2017, they've been pouring beers that honor the borough's rich brewing legacy while charging forward with bold creativity, technical mastery, and an unshakeable commitment to quality.
Their name is a nod to the "kills," aka the tidal waterways christened by Dutch settlers that once fueled a thriving brewing scene led by German immigrants nearly two centuries ago. That legacy lives on in their lager program, now a cornerstone of who they are. Through double decoctions, extended lagering, and heritage ingredients, they craft clean, expressive beers that bridge old-world tradition with modern-day craft.
