Part concert, part love story, all rock-and-roll adventure, Rock Never Dies centers around Caroline, an artist who's lost her spark, and as legendary musicians from the 70s, 80s, and 90s rise up around her, you won't just watch her find it again. Every bite of your three-course dinner is overseen by Darrell Francis, Executive Chef at Hard Rock Cafe Times Square, who runs day-to-day kitchen operations and the American classics this location is known for. That kitchen has range to prove it: led by Chef Mike, the Hard Rock Cafe New York team landed among the top five finalists in Hard Rock's 2025 global World Burger Tour with their Sweet & Smokey Burger.
