The night will be as buzzy as it is indulgent, with free-flowing beers by Three's Brewing & Suarez Family Brewing, as well as Red, White, Rosé, and Sparkling Wine, and a live performance by The Offally Good Players. Start with passed canapés while you graze the charcuterie table, setting the tone for a feast of epic proportions.
Think foie gras–filled beignets, lap-xuong–style sausage, General Tso’s pig head nuggets, and crispy pig ears. The charcuterie table will wow, with pâtés and terrines, liverwurst on toast, and lamb heart tartare. The buffet goes big with beef and pig head barbacoa, frisée salad with crispy guanciale, crispy pata (deep-fried pig’s feet), dry-aged beef and heart sliders with pork jowl bacon, and lamb heads à la Temple of Doom.

Dickson’s charcuterie is made in-house by their chef and dedicated team.
