Street Vendor Project is a nonprofit working to advocate for vendors' rights; its most famous fundraiser is the prestigious Vendy Awards, which crowns vendor winners in cities across the U.S. In support of vendor rights, SVP will be hosting "Lift the Caps" free hot dog event around Manhattan and Brooklyn.
