Born in an ambulance on the streets of a nowhere town and raised on a Christmas tree farm, artist Lukr started writing songs as a kid plunking out melodies on the $80 second-hand family piano. His post-genre sound currently reflects the 90s, Ms. Lauren Hill, Dashboard Confessional and Old Kanye. It could be called cinematic slo-mo emo hip hop. He calls it ‘NEON GRUNGE’. Rockwood Music Hall welcomes Lukr for his debut Manhattan performance!
