Pierre Hardy is known for his architectural shoes and graphic bags. He was named the creative director of Hermes shoes in 1990, and again the creative director of fine jewelry in 2001, breathing life into a storied but decidedly old-school house. In between, he also launched his own label, and did a little collab called Apple Watch Hermes (status symbol, if ever there was one).
