A revered Lone Star custom wherein honorable teams go head-to-head with their heartiest, most addictive chilis, the Cook Off is a tradition, if not a rite of passage. Amidst Industry City's gorgeous open air spaces, New York City's best Tex-Mex institutes will compete for your vote to be crowned the winner!
Take a break from all the beefy, bean-filled goodness to devour the velvety Texan treasure that is the Queso. A fondue of cheese, spices, chili peppers, tomatoes, and cilantro on its most basic level, the Queso reaches a mysterious sublimity with its myriad secret ingredients and heirloom recipes.
