Returning for its 15th year, the Dumbo Arts Festival remains a feast for the senses. Last year, we welcomed 200,000 visitors and plan to keep growing. During a jam-packed weekend, the streets, parks, lobbies, loading docks, stages and studios of our neighborhood are energized by artists of every discipline.
