In intervals our certified instructors set a heart-pumping pace towards beautiful vistas, then provide beneficial yoga instruction suitable for all levels. Our drop-in classes are 90 minutes in duration, designed to stretch, strengthen, and re-focus on breath. We welcome all levels of yoga, including beginners. Groups start on time and if you are running late call on your teacher´s cell phone and you can catch up en route.
