Called “The People’s Best New Chef” by Food & Wine and an alum of Food Network's Iron Chef Showdown, award-winning Chef Balloo (SUSHISAMBA) is a rising star, paving his way to the top with refreshing takes on sea-centric plates inspired by the innovative nature of the city in which Sugarcane resides.
Settle in for an Omakase-style night of global flavors and Chef Balloo's signature style of juxtaposing simple ingredients like Wagyu beef and fresh yellowtail with bold flavors to the tune of kimchi-sriracha and chimichurri soy.
