The importance of routine, especially in this new territory of social distancing, is paramount. In this workshop you will learn different techniques for creating an individual daily practice. Yoga asana, meditation, pranayama (breathwork), chanting and goal journaling will all be covered so that attendees feel empowered to develop a personal sadhana (daily practice) that they can go on to practice daily!
