Join in an outdoor yoga class designed for all bodies, ages, and levels. You'll start with breathing exercises to help center the mind, followed by heat building breath work. You'll then move into a vigorous vinyasa flow, focusing on strengthening and lengthening the back, core and legs. The class then ends with a few passive poses to further stretch & cool down the body, followed by meditation, and a healing Om.
