As is everything in Japanese cuisine, the world of sake is profoundly nuanced and strictly qualified by its ingredients. At this event, you will be tasting and learning about premium sake made from Yamadanishiki, a special short-grain rice that is divided into 5 grades, only the top 3 of which can be used to make premium sake. You will be tasting unlimited samples of Garyubai Namachozo, Kitaya, and Yuki Suzume, along with curated snacks and lecture by a certified sake sommelier.
