Thaimee at McCarren, located on the basement floor of McCarren Hotel & Pool, is the brand new Thai restaurant concept by Executive Chef Hong Thaimee (Ngam, Thaimee Box, Perry St). Thaimee at McCarren will present two weekday dinner menus – an 8-course, prix-fixed Thai tasting menu served straight from the chef’s counter and a casual à la carte menu featuring authentic Thai specialties. Thaimee at McCarren will also offer a weekend Bangkok buffet-style brunch menu, serving Thai riffs on American classics.
