The original Holland House was a luxury hotel that opened its doors in 1891; it served as the playground of the rich and famous until closing in 1920.
The current Holland House, established in 2015, pays hommage to that heritage with an industrial chic decor that compliments the integrity of the original architecture. The dining room - which once served up to 500 guests during the Gilded Age - is now a modern, lively setting perfect for a friendly gathering.
The menu focuses on New American comfort food made with fresh and artisanal ingredients. Try the scrumptious Grilled Cheese with Ham (3 cheeses on Brioche with fried egg) or classic Smoked Salmon Platter.
For vegetarians, the Avocado Toast (avocado chunks with chili and lime on thick Brioche & sunny side-up egg) is a clear winner.
Pair your entree with unlimited drinks of your choice, with all the classic brunch cocktails (Mimosas, Bloody Marys, Screwdrivers), and all well drinks. Also included are Holland House’s famous beer selection, including hundreds of imported and local beers on tap and in bottles.
